Today was one of those days when I just couldn't find time to get in a real workout! But I did accomplish one huge thing...we closed on our house! Yep, we are officially home owners! Tomorrow we'll start refinishing the hardwoods!
Anyways, I found this quick cardio workout on Pinterest. I've seen several of these types of sequences. These would be great to do when you only have a few minutes to work out! It is a whole lot better than sitting on the couch because you "don't have time!" It would be especially beneficial to do right before you eat to get your metabolism up and running!
