Rain gutter bookshelves are a great way to decorate a space and encourage your little one to fall in love with books! I was an Early Childhood/Elementary Education major and I have seen a lot of teachers put these up in their classrooms! All you need is:
- Vinyl raingutters
- Brackets
- End Caps
- Glue
- Hacksaw
- Wood screws (make sure they fit the holes in the brackets)
- Drill
- Level
- Cut your raingutters to desired length.
- Screw one bracket into the wall. Place the raingutter in the bracket. Hold the other end while you level it, then screw in the other bracket. You may need to place a bracket in the middle if it's really long.
- Glue on end caps.
- Fill your new book display with colorful books!
