Don't get a Sunday paper? Check with your local paper to see if you can get a subscription for Sunday papers only. You can usually get a pretty good deal. Also, check your local Dollar Tree. You can usually get the Sunday paper for just a $1. You might want to make sure it has the coupon inserts first!

Monday's Get Fit Tip: Moby Wrap Workout

I have a Moby Wrap and I absolutely love it! I could not rave about it more! I was intimidated when I first opened it because it has got to be 20 feet long! I thought it would be confusing and difficult to wrap correctly. The instructions were very clear and I had my baby securely wrapped in no more than 3 minutes! It's comfortable because the straps are wide over your shoulders and distribute your baby's weight evenly. It doesn't dig into you anywhere. My baby is always secure and she seems to enjoy being snuggled up on my chest.

Now to the workout! The Moby Wrap accommodates exercise well because your hands are free and your baby is secure. You can easily do lunges and squats and even some yoga poses! I would suggest going for a 30 minute walk before doing your strengthening to maximize your workout! Here is a link to Moby's website which cleary illustrates the exercises complete with pictures. You can definitely do these poses with another infant carrier that is safe and secure!

I kid you not! That is what the flashcard says! I have to say it drives me nuts that I refer to myself in third person when talking to my baby girl. I don't know why I do it, but I can't stop!
