
So I'm sitting here eating dessert (homemade grapefruit sorbet, just grapefruit, a hint of sugar, and ice, love my Vitamix!) and browsing pinterest for ideas for today's get fit tip and I came across this bit of awesomeness!
This is totally my philosophy on a healthy lifestyle! I don't have anything against programs and schedules if that's what works for you, but I like to keep things simple for myself. I eat a variety of healthy foods (although I admit too many sweets!) and do some physical activity every day and call it good! I'm feel healthy and good about myself! I hope you can reach that point too if you haven't already!
