For those of you in the South who shop at Publix, be on the lookout for a booklet called “Get a Bundle of Savings. Do a Bundle of Good." It has tons of baby coupons on it and most of them are for Huggies diapers and wipes! If you don't see it at the turn style shelf with the weekly ads, then ask at the customer service desk. A lot of Publix stores now keep coupon booklets behind the counter!

Monday Get Fit Tip: Track Your Workouts



My mom has been getting into running and she turned me on to an app called Endomondo. It's really neat! Basically it tracks your walks or runs through your phone, but it does a whole lot more too!

It tells you the duration of your walk/run, the distance, your pace and how many calories you are burning. You can also choose workouts, set goals and find routes in your area. You can find friends who are using Endomondo and race against their personal best! One of the coolest features is the audio coach! If you set a goal or race against your own times, you can use an audio coach to keep you on pace and motivate you! You can use graphs and charts for interval training and even customize your own. For your longer walks and runs put Endomondo in low battery mode so it won't zap your power.

Log onto Endomondo.com to review your workouts. The data from your phone is automatically sent to your account on the website! I went for a jog this morning, then logged on this afternoon and my stats were there! Check this out...It says I burned a cheeseburger worth of calories this morning! Next time I'll shoot for a piece of chocolate cake! :) On the website you can find events in your community and connect with other walkers/runners.

I would defnitely recommend this app as a great way to motivate yourself whether you want to be faster or go longer or even find new workouts!
